Club member forgot password but not getting authenticate email to reset PW

I apologize for not sending all the information in the first request. One of our members has forgotten her password and when she chooses authenticate never receives a response. I have checked her email to make sure it is correct and it is. She gets the agenda just fine but can not log on to select roles.
