Member can't enter Main Menu.

We have one member of our Club who can not Access the Club Minutes in the Main Menu of our Website. He uses AOL email, but he is not the only one using that server. We can't figure out what is the problem. Even when we send him a direct link to the minutes he still is not able to access them . He hasn't been able to sea MINUTES JANUARY 21, 2015 on the "Main Menu" in the past 2 months! I find it strange because, this is for the public.. He has always been able to do it, I can send his email and name by separate email. Please advise. Aida

Have the member clear their cache (browser history), close and restart their browser and try again.

Roger, I sent the instructions to our member and this is what he answered:
"Thanks Aida, I did all that stuff and still can't get it to work. My son is coming over on Sunday and he will take a look and see if he can get it to work. I'll let you know how it goes".
I attached the instructions to make sure that is what I understood! I think the problem is in his computer. I will let you know if he solves the problem.
