Email to club bounces back

Toastmaster of the day sent out agenda to all members of ConocoPhillips club but received error message that he does not have rights to send email. He is also not receiving our emails sent to all members. How can we fix this?

1) No email from tom.cornell@conocophillips.com has hit the server what was the email address he used and the error message he received?

2) No agenda emails were sent today from your club website.

3) I just sent the agenda email out and I can see them being delivered.

4) please verify your member email addresses you have one that is not valid.

Thank you. The email you sent did arrive at my inbox as from Admin. Both Tom and I sent out emails on the agenda today. Mine got to members. His did not. Tom got the error message. I did find that his ConocoPhillips email address is marked under member directory as @cop.com . Might be the problem if system verifies based on member directory email addresses?

Curious how did you send email as Admin as 'agenda' email?

logged in as the site admin went to the agenda and clicked on the email envelope.
