Adding new Member to our site

I am trying to add a new member but the site will not let me add him. It acts like it does, but he does not show up in our list of members after I tried to add him and when I try to add him again it acts like he is already there. I know he used to be a member a while back but has recently rejoined us.

How can I resolve this?

1) Please post your club number in every post.
2) look in the former member list.
