Email distribution inconsistencies using members-7892@toastmastersclubs.org

Ok - thanks for the valuable feedback. That should help!

So - here's my plan... I am going to temporarily change his email address in FTH to one of my own Hotmail addresses and repeat the tests. I will then make careful note of any settings I need to change to get the email to be successfully received. Once I have this working then I will revert back to his email address and coach him through the required settings.

I will post the results of this back to the forum.

If you can do a safe domain as toastmastersclubs.org that will be better. Remember there are several system email addresses involved in email... server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org come to mind.

To show you that this safe senders list does in fact exist in outlook, here is mine... I had to add toastmastersclubs.org to mine to make it work.
