Edit Your Member Profile issues

In v2.2 Edit Your Member Profile section I have noticed the following two bugaboos:

1) A newly-uploaded photo does make it in on the Meet Our Members page but it does not replace the previous photo on the Member Bio/Photo tab. I've not tried removing the existing photo before uploading a new one, but I really should not have to.

2) On the Edit Your Member Profile tab, the calendar which pops up when one selects the "Club Member Since..." field only allows dates back to 2005, at least at first blush. I just discovered what's not obvious: if I choose 1995, the earliest year, then click to select the year again, the previous decade is made available. This is clumsy. I can see that the listbox size is set to 21 (?), perhaps for easier programming purposes, but it's still confusing unless one gets lucky, as I did. The "Member since" section of the docs doesn't explain this quirk.

1) clear your browser cache and the new picture will appear.

2) Thank you for bringing this to our attention :) yes there are a few toastmaster who have been around more than 10 years, we have one in our district that celebrated his 46 year.

I will look at the caching issue. However, it should not be an issue. :unsure:

The calendar will not be changed by us. It is a plug-in and we did not develop it. Sorry it is clumsy... all I can do is suggest to the developer that they improve it.

I did the cache refresh and my ugly mug appeared as it should.

Ok. I do try to manage the caching correctly, but it gets more complicated with there are multiple places that things can be changed and show up. I will see what I can do about it. ;)
