we have started a website for an uncharterd club. how does that website get published? what do we need to do? I looked in the documentation but it is still not clear to me

The website gets published as soon as it's approved. There's no need to do anything else.

I'm not sure what TI does about unchartered clubs. I suspect that you need to charter before you can have a listing there.

As you are getting started. I suggest that you get a social media presence on Facebook and Twitter and integrate those with your FTH website. You should also look into HootSuite to make your life easier with social media.
