Columbia Toastmasters 1393 treasurer suddenly lost access to process dues renewals. I am the new president and went to the access area as instructed. It shows she still has access.

I don't understand how to resolve this problem since it shows she has access and I am new to this process.

A suggestion: have her reload the site from server (click on link at the bottom of the site) and see if that helps.

There was a code issue that was resolved yesterday. Your treasurer should be fine... she should have access now.
