AGENDA - Meeting Theme and WOD

I've searched the forum and did not find an answer for this.

We have a Theme and WOD on our agenda. How can we make it editable based to the Toastmaster of the Day? Currently they have to email the theme and wod to the admin.

The Toastmaster of the Day already has editor privileges for the agenda.
