Good Morning,

Re: Club Members not able to sign into the club site anymore. – Globally Speaking in Atlanta – District 44 – club#2512460

I wanted to write to you again, as our website continues to not recognize our existing members password.
I’m not sure why this is happening. I can’t fix it on my end. I’ve also reached out to FreeToastHost, with no results.
Looking for a resolution. Can you advise?

Thank you

Subject: RE: Toastmaster's Website Challenges Logging into the system

Hi Diane,

I hate to add to the drama but I’m not able to sign into the club site anymore either. The last time I tried to log in it would not recognize my password (this was strange because I have used my password many times before.) So, I submitted the “authenticate” button without a password. Like the other members, I never received the email.

Does out password need to renew after a certain period of time? Strange.

In the meantime, I can log in as site admin if I need to see anything.

1) Donot use the link you have posted as that logs you out ...

2) please use this link for your site 2512460.toastmastersclubs.org

3) Have the members that are having issues click on the reload link at the bottom of your site.

4) If they are still having issues have the re-authenticate following the instructions in this doc.

Usually, these types of things are related to issues with the user's computer.

The member *must* allow cookies to be set on their computer to save the login status--otherwise, the system will appear to "forget" that they are logged in and/or it may appear that they cannot log in. Please forward the following to the affected users and make sure that they implement it: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

Please verify that the member's email addresses are accurate in Membership Management--inaccurate email addresses will prevent members from getting authentication emails. We do sometimes see typos in email addresses.
