Our 1393 club contact has been updated on TI, however yesterday a prospect called our old VPE. I am not sure where they would have found old information. Is there a place to update our contact on our club website?

Well, keep in mind that the TI database is separate and not linked with the FTH database. So updating in one place has nothing to do with updating in the other. You probably should look at the Email and Contact Forms dialog in the admin console and review the settings on the Contact Us form. I would recommend setting your club contacts by officer roles instead of specific people so that the contacts are automatically updated when new officers are entered.
