Floater Messages no longer display

I have been utilizing the floater messages for about a year. Over the last month or so they no longer display. I use the public and member floaters. I have tried this in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I also tried it with the admin and my member log on. Any ideas?

Dan,

I can see the floater when I connect.

Go to the very bottom of the page and click on the reload link, close and restart your browser to see if that makes a difference.
