Members unable to log in

I have 2 members who are suddenly unable to log in. They have tried to use the password reset, but never receive the authentication email. I have double checked their email address in the website and even sent them a message from it - and they received that, so there is no issue with their email address. I don't know what else to do.

1) We always need your club number please post in every post.

2) we will need the first names of the members in question.

Oh - sorry. Club # is 595720 and the members with issues are Tommy and Mitzi. Thanks.

I sent a new authorization email and it was received by Tommy's mail server have him check his spam box.

That worked!! They were able to reset their password and are now able to login. Thank you so much for your help.
