The email was delivered to Hotmail, he need to check his junk/spam box

Also, have him set up @toastmastersclubs.org as a safe sender in Hotmail. (Important)

I made a small change so that club admins will now get a copy of the member authentication email when it is sent.
(except without the actual authentication link in it)
