Authentication Email not Received

I have a couple of people that have not received the authentication email. Spam/Junk folders have been checked.

The name "Test" was a test account I had created to test the email after getting the complaint.

I can see the email being delivered to Alejandro, here is the one i just sent.

there was an issue with trusters.com it has been corrected

I tried changing the email address as well. Welcome email works but auth email does not come through.
