Inquiry: Agenda Reminder Email Sent to 2nd Email not in Member Mgmt

I'm writing on behalf of our club regarding a routine system-generated reminder email sent from agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to all club members on Friday, July 31st, prompting members to sign up for roles for an upcoming meeting.

One of our members chooses to use two different Gmail email accounts-- one our club and another used for Toastmasters International that is listed in Club Central, but only the member's club email address  is listed in our FreeToastHost Member Management system.

When the July 31st reminder was sent, the member reported that it was delivered not only to the designated email they use for our club (the one on file in Member Management), but also to another Gmail address that is not listed anywhere in our club's Member Management records.

We have two questions:

1. Is there another distribution list or source besides Member Management that the agenda/role-reminder emails could be pulling addresses from (for example, something tied to
    Club Central or a district-level list)?
2. If Member Management is the only source, were there any known system issues on July 31st that could explain the second address being included in that mailing?

Any insight you can provide into how this happened would be greatly appreciated.
