Club Officer not receiving email sent to FreeToasthost designated officer email

Hi
One of our club officers -- treasurer appears to not be receive emails that are sent to our officers-654507@toastmastersclubs.org appears to not be receiving emails that have been sent since July 1st. The same member reported having difficulty a few months earlier, but later reported that they were able to receive emails after thru June 2026.

Would it be possible to confirm that the bounce count is reset on these email ?

• officers-654507@toastmastersclubs.org
• treasurer-654507@toastmastersclubs.org

Would it also be possible to determine if the personal Gmail that is configured in our FreeToastHost member management and is associated to our treasuer email also has a bounce count reset?

The are receiving lots of email from the server have them check their spam box and follow these instructions
