Ok, you are back in business.

The issue is that you are not correctly using the [] formatting codes:

There should be 3 [ /i ] tags in this to indicate the end of the italics, since you have 3 [ i ] tags. If you do not correctly use the formatting codes, you will have issues in the resulting HTML.
