Number of Previous Meetings Displayed

Good afternoon,

Currently, 6 previous meetings are included in the "View Another Agenda" dropdown on my club's Meeting Agenda's page.

I have not been able to locate a way to reduce this number without deleting the agenda and therefore the roles filled by members at said meetings. Is there a setting that I am missing?

Someone created all those agendas, so that is what shows. The one's that are hidden are the archived ones.

If you don't want that many showing, then I guess don't make so many... I hope this helps or explains it a little

Then my follow up question, is how to archive past meetings.

We normally have many meetings out into the future. This allows our members to plan their speeches and CL progress.

Past agendas are already archived.

My clubs have meetings on the calendar until the end of December. Yes they all show, but it is better than not planning ahead.
