"Contact Us" submission E-mail not delivered was created by MA
I'm testing the Contact Us form. The submission emails are only sent to the archive.
The Mentor/Mentee request form is working OK (but not delivered to the archive).
How can I fix the Contact Us email to be sent to the receiver(s).

I'm not sure what you mean when you say the messages are sent to the archive. They should be sent to the selected contacts.
The email log shows 6 sets of contact messages going to two contacts each, as well as the mentee requests.
Did you (as contact person) receive the Contact US email submissions (your dummy tests)?

Hi, Pam. Thanks for your research. I'm also observing that FTH2 sent dummy email messages, but not by receiving them as a selected receiver. I set an email address as archiving purpose (Club Archive Email Address in the Email Settings). The archive keeps all the email messages send to *-683085@toastmastersclubs.org.
I set my address only as the Contact submission notice receiver. It's curious that the log shows two each. Can you check the addresses in the log?
Regarding the memtee messages, two exactly the same duplicated ones came to me, but they were not sent to archive. This is not a major problem.

No, not at all.
I tested with changing the following settings, emais were not delivered to my email as a selected receiver in all the cases:
1) Custom Group (optional): ON/OFF
2) Save as Guest list: ON/OFF
3) Enable contact address ON/OFF
4) Whale I'm login and logout
5) Put my address as the first selected address and second selected address
6) Customized and default closing messages

No, not at all.

Contact Us emails
I had forgotten about the archive emails - that is the second address that your contact emails are going to.
I've just run a Contact Us test with archiving on, and I received both emails (contact email and archive email).
Please will you try a few more tests:
1 - switch off archiving temporarily and run a test again - do you get the email at your membership/contact address?
If not:
2 - leave archiving off and change your membership address to the archive address (temporarily) and try again - how many emails do you receive?
I'm hoping your answers will give some clue as to whether it is a problem with archiving or with your email address - or maybe something else.
Mentor requests:
The Mentor request shows as being sent to your contact address twice and not to your archive address. (as you reported)
I sent a test mentor request and that only came to my address, but only once

I think I figured out the problems for both issues.
1. Contact us submission notification
The problem caused by the dummy address which is not valid. I entered dummyattest.test (at=@)
This time, I used a valid Email address as the dummy contact message sender. The system worked with no problem.
I prefer at least the web admin to receive a error message that says "Contact message with invalid E-mail address" and the submission notification will not be sent to either selected receiver nor archive. Currently, archive address is the only receiver of the invalid address contact message submission notification.
2. Mentor/mentee request submission notification
The problem caused because the Submit button is still active after once the message was submitted. The request sender would worry if the message has not been sent yet, then click on the Submit button again (last time I did so). This time I clicked the Close button on the thank you (closing) dialog, then only one email notification was sent.
If possible, delete the Submit button from the thank you (closing) dialog, or at least disable it. Otherwise same request might be sent number of times.
So, I'm clear about all issues now. Thank you very much for your research and suggestions. Can you forward my requests (or bug reports) for both issues above to anyone? If they will be fixed, all users going to be happy.

Thank you. I have let our developer know about the mentor submit button.
I don't think there will be any value in knowing that someone submitted a form with an invalid email address, but maybe a basic validation could be done when the form is submitted. I wonder if one of your email providers is detecting the bad address as spam. Have you checked for junk Email?
