I think I figured out the problems for both issues.
1. Contact us submission notification
The problem caused by the dummy address which is not valid. I entered dummyattest.test (at=@)
This time, I used a valid Email address as the dummy contact message sender. The system worked with no problem.
I prefer at least the web admin to receive a error message that says "Contact message with invalid E-mail address" and the submission notification will not be sent to either selected receiver nor archive. Currently, archive address is the only receiver of the invalid address contact message submission notification.
2. Mentor/mentee request submission notification
The problem caused because the Submit button is still active after once the message was submitted. The request sender would worry if the message has not been sent yet, then click on the Submit button again (last time I did so). This time I clicked the Close button on the thank you (closing) dialog, then only one email notification was sent.
If possible, delete the Submit button from the thank you (closing) dialog, or at least disable it. Otherwise same request might be sent number of times.
So, I'm clear about all issues now. Thank you very much for your research and suggestions. Can you forward my requests (or bug reports) for both issues above to anyone? If they will be fixed, all users going to be happy.
