Members are not able to update agendas

I am from Marsh Winds Toastmasters 7179.
Just in the past month, two of our members are not able to add themselves to the meeting agendas.
These are two people that have used the system for several years with no problems. Now, they can't put themselves in the agenda to be a speaker, ah counter, etc. It is only two people that are having the problem.
Can you help?

Please have them do the following.

1) Make sure the cookies settings are correct .
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/i...orer-cookie-settings

2) Have them click the reload link at the bottom of your sites page.

We need more specifics. Names? When you say they are not able to add themselves to the agenda, what does actually happen? Do they get an error message? Do they click the buttons, and nothing happens? Are you using roster photos in your agendas? (Did their photos get deleted?)
