I did it, but you can do it as well from the admin section after you add them to the website.

We been trying to reset the password for our club with no success. Our current Admin is still a member and should be receiving confirmation emails but this is not happening.
Have you tried using the change form? www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

When you say the admin is not receiving confirmation emails, is that from the change form or from what?
