Archiving Agenda

Archiving Agenda

I thought that old agenda where to drop off the list and go to archive after five weeks. My FTH web site still has agenda displaying from February 26, 2015 out through the end of April (which I loaded last month). Any one have a solution that doesn't involved "Delete agenda - not recommended"? Thanks, Edward.

I believe it is 6 months... Make sure there is no check mark in the box next to the date... If there is one, that could be why they are showing. I just went to one of my clubs to check on that...

Also, it would help if you put your club number in your signature, so that we can look into the problem further.

Click on the link at the bottom of my signature to do that.

I am the system developer.

There is no agenda archive. Never has been, and I have no intention of ever implementing that.

*All* of your agendas are there. You just need to click the List All Agendas checkbox.

If you do not want so many agenda's showing, all I can say is, don't make all that many...

You do have a lot that are archived right now...
