Sunshine wrote: I received an email from the Toastmaster sent to all members using the email button sending the agenda.

This statement is incorrect. This agenda was not sent out originally using the email button. I know this because the To address in the original email is the members email address, and that address is not used when sending the agendas out via the email agenda button. I am the system developer, so I know how the system works and what to look for.

What likely occurred is that the Toastmaster tried to copy the view agenda page and paste it into an email that was then sent out via the members email address, which is why you are having issues. Copying and pasting agendas into arbitrary emails is not supported.

I was able to replicate this by highlighting the agenda when logged in as a member, then copying/pasting into the email, as Steve stated was most likely.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Probably not copying a page, but I am positive that the is a way to kill the hot links and have certain information that will not paste.

Steve, any ideas??

I will reserve comment, as only snarky responses come to mind for me. ;)
