Reply to email from TM contains information that shouldn't be there

Hi...
I received an email from the Toastmaster sent to all members using the email button sending the agenda. The information in the email contains the number of site visitors and the email information is wider than usual. When I click reply to the email I see a lot of information at the bottom of the email that should not be there including member numbers.

I am the site administrator and when I send an email to myself (as the VPE) I do not have this problem when I click reply.

Please Reply...

The original email appears to be a screenshot of the agenda. I say this because you would not see an x next to any name and the wording that is seen only in the agenda when selecting a role.

At the moment, I would only be guessing as to why the other messages are there on the reply.

What browser and version are you using?

Are you able to click any of the links in the original and reply emails?

Yes...When I click the x in the original email. It takes me to our site. No when I click reply. But I can copy the links.

OK, that rules out the screen shot theory.

Let me escalate this to Steve.
