FTH4 Issues -- Club #1134

Hello!

Yesterday I got approved to have Daytona Beach Toastmasters (#1134) as one of the Beta sites for FTH 4. Several issues have occurred since then. I'm unable to log in to do any editing or learn the new dashboard, as I'm not sure if the content from the previous version was supposed to carry over. There's also no club name associated with the carry over, and I noticed in one of the directories that our club number is listed/merged with another club --

I'm wondering if this is the cause of me being unable to log in, as I figured I could have used the existing credentials from FTH3.

Please advise!

Let's try this again!Hello!Yesterday, Daytona Beach Toastmasters (#1134) was approved as one of the beta sites for FTH 4. Since then, I've run into a few issues and I'm not sure whether they're related.

1. I can't log in to FTH 4 to begin editing or explore the new dashboard.
2. I wasn't sure whether our existing FTH 3 website content was supposed to carry over automatically, so I don't know if what I'm seeing is expected.
3. I also noticed that our club name doesn't appear to be associated with the migrated site.
4. In one of the directories, I found what looks like our club number merged with another club:

1134 (1134) 6597368 – PODS MOVERS & SPEAKERS (6597368)Could this incorrect club association be the reason I'm unable to log in? I had assumed my existing FTH 3 login credentials would work for FTH 4.Can someone please clarify whether the content and login credentials are supposed to carry over, and whether the club number issue could be causing the login problem?Thank you!

OK finally found out what you did

1) You requested a new website for club 1134.

2) That request should have failed as 1130 already had a FTH3 site, it didn't and created a mess.

3) 1134 FTH 3 was never migrated as you missed the application period and  1134 will be moved during the mass migration in the near future.

4) when 1134 does migrate we migrate everything, members, passowrd, files, pages, pictures, agendas.

5) 1134.toastmastersclubs.org/ Your Daytona Beach site it up and still running as it is supposed to be a FTH3 site

PS. I really like your 4 Pillars image can I steal it?
