Problems in China (what else is new) was created by allandpage
When connecting to the club websites our members are getting only part of the screen - and it's missing the login information. I tested this against 2 of the clubs in our city (1976054 and 3746834) and got the same results. When I connect using my VPN, which is illegal here, I can connect OK.
To make matters slightly worse, I was unable to connect to the support site without using the VPN. I can understand that a page can be blocked, but I'm totally confused about half a page being blocked.
I have attached a screen print from the Match TMC web (3746834).
My local ip address today is 182.245.91.178

Probably a javascript issue.
Can you access the websites with the developer tools enabled to see if you are getting a specific javascript error?

SCRIPT5009: 'jQuery' is undefined
Also, this morning I was getting the failure in both Chrome and IE, but this afternoon only in IE.
I'm going to try updating Java to see if that does anything.

Updating Java will not affect JavaScript... the two are distinct and different... just similar names is all.
That is a bizarre error. I am wondering if the google download source for the jQuery library is being blocked.
Even so, I have an alternate source for that in the code...

If you paste the following in your browser bar, does your browser try to download the file?
ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.2/jquery.min.js
You shouldn't actually need this file, I just want to see if it might be blocked.

I'm back. Tried it both in IE and Chrome, without and with VPN. It only works with VPN on, which most members don't have.
