One member cannot access the site or get a new password. I think her info was entered incorrectly. How can I check/reset/change her log in and password?

First name is "Angel" Club 7199.

Site admin is out of service due to family illness, which I why I am trying. I can log in as site admin, but cannot figure out where/how to check this.
