Meeting agenda error was created by vgabbai1
When I go to add a comment within a meeting agenda I get the following error (see attachment). Please advise.

Are you logged in as the admin or a member? You cannot add a comment as an admin.

Oh my! I feel dumb! This is what happens when you are doing site admin things along with VP things. Yes, I was logged in as admin. DOH! Thank you for your help!
