Email from agenda not sending

Emails are not being sent from the agenda. I can open the email composer popup and type a message, but when I click Send E-mail, it just spins and never sends. I have tried IE, Chrome, Firefox, from multiple computers.

I just sent a test email to the TM and the VP of Ed

If either of those are you, did you receive? It went with no problem

I can see where the agenda for were sent to members, on the 23rd with the theme Classic Cars and a form email from you "This is just a test." sent today.
