Hi, Brian - FYI - I sent an email from another email account (work email) to the 'contact' alias, and it is being rejected with the same error. This 'kinda rules out my ISP as the source of the problem. Again, thanks for your help with this.

Mike I found the human in the code the programmer is looking into issue.

Hi, Brian - thanks as always for your very prompt responses! We are definitely making progress. I sent a test email and it worked, but I also got a "bounced reply" email with a "user unknown" error. I sent a private email to you with those details. I'll continue to test the other aliases and provide feedback to you. Best regards, Mike
