Please post your club number in every post.

The person who wants to Toastmaster signs up for the role.
The next time they log in they will have edit access to that agenda.

club 6918.

I am a member of two clubs. In club 6918 I am Toastmaster this week and the agenda does not give me and edit option. In the other club 8937 I have automatic access because I am the site admin and I cannot see where it allows me to give the Toastmaster edit ability.

The admin or VP of Education needs to place you as the Toastmaster. Once they do that, you will have access to the agenda.

Thank you for asking here and for putting your club number in your email. It might help if you place it in your signature under your profile, so you do not need to type it in each time. See mine for example and then click on where it says Click here to be taken your profile to edit yours.

Thank you Linda. That works. I wonder why the Admin wasn't given the ability to add this from the Admin Panel in the first place.
