Admin Login

I am the current admin for our clubs FTH website. Spoken Word #630837. Since I had lost access, I tried the 'forgot password' link. Despite numerous tries and verification that my password has changed and is correct, I still can't log in to the admin access. When I confirm the admin, the FTH site indicates that I am still the admin. Can you communicate with me directly so that I can figure out what I am doing wrong or how to fix the problem

Try clearing your browser history (cache) and click on the reload link at the bottom of the page.

Are you saying the link you received in your email did not work?

Hi Steve, yes when I try to go into our TM Website (#630837, Spoken word) I enter the club number and the password that I updated via the 'forgot password' link. When I went into the link, I was sent a verification code. I went back and updated my password and confirmed it.

When I try to go into the Admin login on our FTH website, I get a message saying that either the club number of the password is wrong.
I have made several attempts with similar results.

You do not need to change your password every time.

When you "went back and updated my password and confirmed it", where exactly did you to this please? (and how) We do not send out verification codes, we send out links in email. Which browser and version are you using? Can you please post screen captures showing us what you are doing?

The system works fine for me... there is likely something you are not doing correctly for this.
I just checked this out on my club website, including changing my admin password, and it works fine.

Hi Steve, I went to the link that was provided in my email, I updated my password and submitted. It said that my password was changed successfully but when I go back to the admin login, it doesn't accept my information at all.
