ndeplitch:

Wondering if you might be willing to help us sort this out... Could you please enable the FireFox developer tools (off the menu at top right), refresh your website, and do the membership save again? If this is a javascript related error, it would show up in the developer tools console tab in red as an error... just screen capture that error and post here so we can take a look.

If you need more details about how to do this, just ask. :)

Ok, well, at least it seems like you are on the right track to sort this out. :)

It may turn out that there is nothing we can do on our end as a resolution, but we will certainly do what we can to assist.
