Good morning.

I am receiving a couple of errors when attempting to log on as myself and as the site administrator.

One of the errors is the same error I had a few months ago. I looked up the response to my inquiry and found that I was advised to use the link at the bottom of the page. Although it worked last time, it was not helpful today.[/li]

I also have a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. I suspect this involves my equipment rather than the software. I am not technical enough to know what to do. If one of you could guide me, I would appreciate it!

We do not use Visual C++, so that is not our error, so I do not know what to tell you about that.

Beyond that, we need specifics to be able to do anything. We need info on your browser and browser version, details on the errors you got, and a screen capture of your screen ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/h...ake-a-screen-capture ) if you can provide that. Basically, the more info you can provide, the better, to allow us to properly assist you.

Also, if you can use the link in my forum signature to help you put your club number in your forum signature it will expedite/simplify future support requests.
