E-mail to member with 2 addresses set and enabled bouncing

A new one for me! Attempted to send e-mail today to our new club president and FTH server complained "firstname@lastname.com,FirstInitialThenFirstname@yahoo.com appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address (Error=Syntax error in email address.). If you believe this is incorrect, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message."

He has, in his profile, both a primary and secondary e-mail address established and has the check box next to "Send ALL communication from this site to BOTH email addresses, if both entered." checked. Note that I have modified his addresses above for privacy. I assume you can get in and guess easily who he, David, is.

Looks like it's trying to smash the two together into one poorly formatted address.

Have you tried to send him an email outside of the website to see which one may be invalid, if any?

It should work now.

I am putting in more rigorous email address checks to help speed up our email system a bit, but I forgot about the case of people having both a primary and secondary email.

The email system bundles those together to save on emails sent out.
