Switching Web Administrators

Good Afternoon,

How do i set up the new Web administrator on our club website. I entered his information in the web administrator section and i thought if he entered his info and hit forgot password an email will go to him. Please advise how to set this up?

That sounds correct to me. If he's getting the email when he clicks on "forgot password", then it's working properly.

The previous comment didn't work. I found a link on the login admin console that stated click here to chance the web administrator. I added a screen shot. hopefully others can see it.

If you changed the admin name and entered his email correctly, he should receive the email when anyone clicks the forgot password link. Make sure they check their spam/junk folder as well.

The site admin is set to Said Abrouch

The emails are going out to him, have him check his spam box
