Message Not Delivered to members

Some members of my club intimated they were not receiving mails sent via the FreeToasthoast. I recently sent a test message asking members to reply if they received the test. I received 3 "Message Not Delivered" failures that read like the following

NAME_DELETED_BY_ME@absamail.co.za appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.) If you believe this is incorrect, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message.

Since the e-mail address was highlighted in this message I clicked on it and sent a message manually and it was delivered (in all 3 cases) so I don't think there is a problem with the e-mail.

My club number is 3000453

Thanks for submitting your support request! We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties when it comes to e-mailing your club members. You should check the list of e-mail addresses listed in the Membership Management menu via the Admin console. Perhaps one of the email addresses listed under the "Members" tab is typed incorrectly (or needs to be updated).

Please put your club number in your forum signature... see the link in my forum sig for how.

The bottom line is that we are not able to send email to those addresses. As anyone familiar with email systems knows, just because you can send email from one address is not a guarantee that you should be able to send from another address. (because of spam filters, black lists, etc.) All of the emails are essentially coming from the server email address. Perhaps the recipient need to whitelist the server address.

The IP address that your mail server is on belongs to a group of IP that tried to hack our server.

I have allowed your mail server IP access.

Please try again

Thanks Brian,

I tried again and the results are the same, i.e. the same three addresses failed with the original message. I'm sure you have access to the error messages but just in case, the problem addresses are @absamail.co.za and @careco.co.za

I will make a plan to contact these people directly and see if there is anything special happening on their side but if there is anything else I can try on my side please let me know.

Thanks again
