He cleared the Temporary Internet Files from his browser and even then cold booted my machine. I went to: 50wolfroad.toastmastersclubs.org/newsletters.html and then clicked on the “Spring 2015” link: 50wolfroad.toastmastersclubs.org/jdownlo...ter__Spring_2015.pdf
and got the same old page:
50wolfroad.toastmastersclubs.org/jdownlo...ter__Spring_2015.pdf
with Toastmasters International globe graphic at top with message below it:

He clicked on the link at 12 Noon EDT, Thursday, July 16, 2015 and the error message he got (superimposed with the Internet Explorer version from the About Internet Explorer window) is included in the attached screenshot file: 20150716-noon-edt-[You are not logged in. Please log in again to access this file- Newsletter__Spring_2015.pdf]errormessage.jpg

Note: The link and pdf DID open up in Chrome correctly.

Please have your member refresh, use the reload link at the bottom, and try again. Some changes were made.

BTW, thank you for providing the screen capture--that made a *big* difference.
