I am now the New VP of PR and have taken over our website. I have made a few updates and have noticed that several folks that are currently on our page have fallen off the edge of the earth. I

My question is since I am the admin on my site - how do I remove / hide members that are no longer active? In some cases those prior members are still holding titles that no longer below to them. How are those relinquished?

Hello Stanley!

Please click on [CLICK HERE] in my signature and post your name and club number in your profile, so that we are better able to help you.

When you are in the admin section, go to members. Click on all of the members that do not belong to your club and label them as Formermembers. which is another option in that section. There are also other options to label them... You can learn that in help session on here. Sorry, I do not know the link right now...

Linda

Please refer to our doc on Membership Management: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

You need to set officer titles and move members to the Former Members list.
