Brian,

With this system are you able to download your members names and automatically schedule meeting roles through out the year.
The idea is to make sure that everyone fills all the roles.

1) please read the documentation.

2) The FTH system allows your members to sign up for roles on their own and allows the VPED to assign roles are required.
