I did it on my club sites before I explained it to you.... It works exactly like Steve suggests if you put the link as an IFrame and give it a size. You will need to scroll to see it... It works

Linda, if you use the id globalnav as a bookmark like I mentioned above, it will automatically scroll down for you when the page loads.
