Jim, did confirm that he can see all the social media icons.

I'll check with him about popup blockers or ad blockers. By 'whitelist' do you mean that it then accepts all popups from toastmastersclubs.org? Was wondering if this is a setting in Safari about a popup blocker?

Thanks,
Kevin

Please have this person provide a screen capture so that we can see exactly what he is seeing--otherwise, we are just guessing. That will help expedite our understanding so that we can suggest most likely solutions. Please see support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/h...ake-a-screen-capture

Also, please have him verify that he is using the latest version of Safari.

Lastly, please have him make sure that his browser is not blocking web fonts.

Safari seems to default to having it's popup blocker on (I see my iPad setting is on, but I can see the agenda edit icon and use it).

Jim might have an ad blocker installed. Ad-blockers would typically let you adjust the settings to allow specific sites access by "whitelisting" them. An ad-blocker might assume the popup screen for editing the agenda is an ad, and thus block it.

Hi,

All apologies. Only last night we did finally figure out the issue. Thanks Steve for the 'screen capture' suggestion.

Jim brought a print out of his screen and I quickly saw the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen. He confirmed today that he now sees the plus sign when scrolling farther to the right.

Sorry for the frustration of not having the screen before.

Thanks for all the input,
Kevin
