signing up to FTH

Hi
I've tried to sign up to FTH2 as a non chartered club.
We are registered with TMI and have a club number and so used the online form available, however on pressing the submit button nothing happens. Any suggestions please?

Now, for your question.... I believe that FTH is for already chartered clubs but someone else will either confirm that here or correct me...

I have entered the club number and name in my signature.
There is a link to a separate form for unchartered clubs.

That's exactly what I did, then filled out the form and clicked on the submit button but nothing happened.

Are you sure you filled in all the fields ?
