You are not listed as the site admin

The site admin is Randall Million and it is going to his email address.

Are you trying to log in as a member? Do you get any club email sent to this address? You should have received an agenda email from Tom in the last 2 days.

It seems you belong to a few clubs - did you receive 2 agendas emails from Chad recently (one to this address and one to one of your other addresses)?

Please try adding toastmastersclubs.org to your "safe senders" list and try again - The emails to your mac.com address show as being sent successfully.

I generated the message using a different email address and forwarded the email to him. I am unsure what it going on, though it appears to be getting filtered at some point in the process.

DeltaTee: Please try temporarily changing Gerald's email address to one of his other addresses and get him to try resetting the password again. If that works we will know that the issue is related to his mac.com address.

He should also try adding toastmastersclubs.org to his "safe senders" list for mac.com when using that as his address - I think that is where it is being "lost"

I changed his address to one of mine and then forwarded him the link. This worked for him. There is a glitch somewhere which is deleting the password reset emails but allowing all of the others from FTH to pass through. Since he is only losing some of the emails and there is nothing showing up in his spam folder, it does not seem to be a quick problem to diagnose. (I still have my FTH email copied to my gmail account as my primary domain has ended up on RBLs one too many times.)
