Club Site does not send password reset information #2

Member in our club is having the same issue.

Not sure what actions I need to take to resolve the reset issue. Member is Mark Michael.

Emails have been sent to the address supplied. Is his email address on tour membership list correct? It seems at odds with his name. If it is correct - has he checked his junk mail?

Not sure what is meant by tour membership list. Under Membership Management the tab for Membership seems to show all club members. The email address showing for him is correct in that area.

The member is technically savy and has not received anything in his junk mail.

If he types in Mark Michael and clicks Authenticate, he will not get the email because his name is entered reversed. It is Michael Mark in Membership Management.

The name in membership management needs to match what he types in the login form and he needs to click his name from the drop down list version of it so that his internal member number (not the TI number) is properly found and "locked in". If he fails to do that, the system will not know who he is and cannot find his email address to send a password reset to.

Alternatively, he can just type his email address in the top box and click authenticate... that should always work as long as the email address is found in the system.

Member has it figured out.
