Member having trouble logging in

Hi. I have a new member who is having trouble logging into the website. She said she followed the instructions to reset and was supposed to be sent an email with a link. She says that she hasn't received it. She also said that she checked her spam/junk folder and its not there. Any ideas? I double checked the email address on the website and that's ok. Another member reset her password today and said that she had no problems.

The emails are being sent and accepted by her mail host. Have her check her Junk/spam box if they are not there she will need to contact her email host.
