How can we assign? Previously, we use to send to these mail ids but this problem happening from last 3 days. Please tell me the procedure.

You need to be an admin first of all. Then you go to membership and assign each member to their officer role that they are.

I checked and assigned to respective members. I don't know those active 4 members are moved to former members. That's why this problem was happened. Solved now. Thanks to all.
