New Member is not receiving authentication e-mail

Hi,

We have tried to get a new member set up so she can select a role on our agenda. However, she does not receive the e-mail with password. She has checked her SPAM and deleted cookies. We have tried a different e-mail addresses, but nothing seems to help. Do you have any suggestions?

Her name is Patricia Lu. When you type in her name, her name populates, but when she clicks on the authenticate/login, she does not receive the e-mail. Is there something else we need to do?

Patrica needs to check her spam box or talk to her IT department the emails are being accepted by the bank email server. Give her this message to give to her IT department
