I am the Counselor for a newly formed Gavel Club and so many of our start-up issues would be history if we could use FreeToastHost. Can we? And if so, how do we establish the club site?

Thanks, Brian. Can you tell me why? And can you suggest an alternative?

Just a 3 ring binder with all of the agendas. keeping what happened in a meeting does not require a website.

OK, You are not answering my question. Why can't a Gavel Club use a FTH site? And trust me, documenting what happened in a meeting is the least of our issues. Signing up for roles, having a private social media site and being able to post helpful Toastmasters, speaking and leadership tips and doc would help a lot. These kids are coming from a big area and a collaborative, central location to keep everything that we need would be helpful.

FTH requires that the club be a chartered club or a prospective having filed the "Application to Organize" and paid the "Charter Fee"
